Fix Early Morning Lower Back Stiffness With This Routine

Do you wake up with nagging lower back stiffness?

Do you spend the first hour of your day trying to unglue your back muscles to get rid of the pain and tightness before heading off to work?

If you answered yes, this video will be a game-changer for you!

You see, if you did a google search right now for morning back pain relief, you would get a lot of junk that will end up causing more pain and flare-ups.

The relief you do get will only last a short period of time.

I’m in the business of long-term, life-changing relief, so if you’re into short-term stuff, this post is not for you.

Today I want to show you some of the biggest mistakes back pain sufferers make, causing more morning stiffness in their lower back.

What Causes Morning Back Stiffness?

In my experience over the years, 90% of morning back pain is caused by the habits and routines you follow before bed, first thing in the morning, and throughout the day.

This means the position you sleep in, what you sleep on, and how many pillows you have supporting you at night doesn’t mean much at all.

If you’re waking up with low back pain and stiffness, I highly suggest looking at what you do throughout your morning and day.

You wake up every morning and make conscious and subconscious decisions that set you up for more pain or less pain.

What you have to do is take the time to identify what those triggers are that are keeping you in pain.

I can’t just say, “Hey, stop doing X, and your pain will go away,” because I don’t know what X is for you!

If there were a handful of things I think are keeping most people in pain, it would be these:

  • Stretching before bed
  • Exercising before bed
  • Too many pain triggers right after walking up
  • Stretching first thing in the morning.

Start with these and see how your lower back improves!
