How Much Do Our Habits Control Our Back Pain?

One of the first things I look at when dealing with a low back issue is both the conscious and subconscious habits the person has.

This starts the second they open their eyes in the morning to the moment they crawl into bed for the night.

We have habits that we either have accepted as a necessity to keep our flare-ups at bay or to simply take the edge off our pain so that we can fall asleep.

Either way, the majority of chronic back pain situations are built around habits.

The good news is all we have to do is stop the bad habits, highlight the excellent habits, and add in relief-based habits into our routine to flip the healing switch in our bodies.

Once you give the body a chance to create a healing environment, you WILL see results if you stay consistent and trust the process.

The issue is. Most people are not willing to make the investment of money, time, and energy to follow a program that can get them where they want to be.

So step one for you?

Don’t be that guy or gal who gets stuck thinking you’ve tried everything.

All of my clients have “tried everything” the medical model has to offer and still don’t have relief.

This just means you have to go outside of the medical model to win back the life you once had!
