I look at sitting as an epidemic. We have gone so far off the grid when it comes to sticking to the movement patterns, habits and mechanics our ancestors had. In a world where we find our selves buying gadgets to help support our poor mechanics (i.e fancy chairs and shoes) we need to take a stand against sitting. We are literally taking years off of our lives spending the majority of it sitting. Looking for back pain relief? Make a few small changes to your life make them a habit and take on another.
