The Most In-Depth Evolve Over Pull Up Bar Review On The Internet

Evolve Over has created a pull-up bar that I think is worth taking a look at.

Pull-up bars are notorious for being cheaply made and destroying door frames all across America. The Evolve Over Pull Up bar on the other hand has some pretty cool features that if you were in the market for a piecing together an effective home gym set-up I would go see what Evolve Over has done.

In Today’s video, I am going to give you one of the most straightforward and in-depth reviews and a breakdown of the Evolve Over Pull Up Bar along with some bonus content that I think you will be surprised to see that this bar can be used for.

What Makes The Evolve Over Pull Up Bar So Good?

Right out of the box the Evolve Over Pull Up Bar just feels solid. I have had a lot of pull-up bars in my gyms over the years and the only ones that are worth anything come fixed to a squat rack or functional trainer like my FT-5000.

Most people don’t have the space for something like that so they are left to finding a removable bar that works for them and their setups.

The Evolve Over Pull Bar seems to be a solid metal with a lot of thought put into its locking hinges that are actually gravity-driven.

This means as you are pulling down on the Evolve Over Pull Up Bar it’s locking itself into the door frame even more as you put more weight on it.

From the contact pads to the twisting tension mechanism to the locking tabs. The Evolve Over pull-up bar is solid and a great fit for any home gym.

Is The Evolve Over Pull Up Bar Safe?

Evolve Over Bar | Evolve Over Pull Up Bar Review, Installation and Bonus Content

Pull-up bars have always sketched me out. The only one that I think I had the most confidence in was the one that went over the top door frame and pressed into the side of the frame all in one system.

The metal on that brand seemed thin and cheap and it destroyed my door frame after using it for a while.

The Evolve Over Pull Up bar’s gravity lock system gives me a level of confidence in its design like nonother.

Not only do I get to tighten the bar as much as I want I then have the secondary gravity lock system to back me up and another adjustable lock levers that keep the setting you have on the bar in place as you use them.

So depending on the quality of your door frame this bar will be one of the best and safest pull-up bars you add to your home gym.

I also read that the pull-up bar is rated to hold up to 440 pounds! So we can safely say this is a solid option for most people.
