There is so much that can happen in the middle of the night that could set your lower back on high alert. From rolling into a less ideal position, getting up too fast or not breaking poor sleeping habits before it’s too late. Before you get too worried about the sensitivity you are experiencing, its best to take a step back from the reality of what you’re experiencing and do a little critical thinking. There are a lot of reasons why your lower back could be sensitive right now. Reasons such as:
-Too much stretching in your routine.
–Poor sleeping position.
-Too soft of a surface.
-Hyper Sensitive from over doing it in the gym, the garden or around the house.
-Too many manipulations and/or adjustments trying to “fix” what you think is wrong.
The list goes on….unfortunately
