Your body needs ample amounts of protein to sustain life, muscle development, and fast weight loss. If you’re cutting corners on protein due to your terrible caloric deficit choices you WILL not see the weight loss you’re looking for and even worse you will lose the muscle mass you have or are trying to develop through resistance training.

There are two things that are on the top of my list when it comes to importance on a weight loss diet and that is Total Calories (which we covered in the video before this one) and Protein.
