Today I want to show you how to stay in shape while at home. All across the globe, people are still trying to figure out what the heck is going on with this Coronavirus and when will “normal” life start to roll back in.
Walmart, Dicks and and all other mainstream stores have sold out of your basic home exercise equipment as if gym equipment is the new Gold.
I have personally seen Facebook market place sellers almost double their price per pound of weight they were selling.
Well, despite the continued quarantine in effect, I want to encourage you with two things.
- The quarantine is almost over. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and you will be able to get back to somewhat normal of a life soon enough.
- You don’t have to panic about the Believe it or not, you don’t need much to not only stay in shape while in quarantine but to bounce back fast when this is all over.
So today, I want to break down 4 tips that if all you focused on are these 4 things you will not only NOT lose your mind during quarantine but you will come out looking like the chiseled God or Goddess that deep down inside, you know you are.
You know how in college you gain the “Freshman 15” which basically referenced the 15 pounds you gained over freshman year. Well these 4 tips will help overcome the potential “Covid 19”.
Yes I said it. The 19 lbs you may have put on due to stress eating, binge watching and napping that has taken place for the past 2 months.
