Do you get up from your desk and feel like the front of your hips are super tight?

After sitting for some time do you feel your butt or legs getting tingly or feeling like they need to be stretched?

It doesn’t matter what job you have, we all sit way too much and it’s affecting the way our hips operate and how our low back feels.

We often get so caught up in the day that we don’t have much time to really spend addressing what all this sitting is doing to our bodies. What I want to show you in this video is how you can use the time you have at your desk (the same amount of time you would use to scroll through your Facebook or check your Instagram feed) to make small investments in the health of your hips and low back.

For best results with improving your current hip and low back health take 2-3 of these exercises you see in the video and do them 2-3 times per day while at your desk.

Share this will your work friends! It could change their life!

Could you sneak in 2-3 of these exercises at your desk this week? If so, which ones are you going to do?

Let me know below!
