Upper Body Workout At Home Follow Along – Bodyweight and band upper body circuit

I have an awesome upper body workout you can do at home and follow along to (even if you have a sensitive low back) All you need are some basic items you will find around your house, your own body weight and a light resistance band.

In this upper body at home workout, you will be doing each upper body exercise for 45 seconds and taking an optional 35-second break in between each exercise.

If you don’t have anything to use at home I would suggest investing in some basic pieces of equipment.

Bands I Use ==> Use these bands

Individual Dumbbells you can buy ==> like these

Adjustable set that goes from 5-55 lbs ==> Adjustable Dumbbells

You can repeat this 2-3 times for more of a challenge or stop after one round!
